It is a relaxing base for a wedding ceremony. The employees are very friendly and always welcoming. Overall the room is pet-friendly, recently refurbished and includes thoughtful tea making facilities, a hair dryer, and a lounge area. The breakfast is nice hot and the views of the sea are absolutely breathtaking.

Reasonably priced place, had a real good stay on business trip. All the employees were caring and very friendly professional. The view of the sea from my well presented and pet-friendly room was relaxing. I liked lovely restaurant. The location in a very pleasant area was excellent and perfect. Visited Llandudno Town Hall, one of the tourist spots, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The hotel was fairly clean and enchanting, even so had dreadful views. Greatly enjoyed how the guest room with a beautiful view was arranged when we arrived. Great location, kind staff from a male member of staff. The restaurant was amazing and reasonably priced, with excellent meals.
Pity, but the beds were very high.
